Early Registration: Faculty Member/Instructor – $300.00
This registration level is for Active, Associate and Life AAAE members. You must be current in your dues.
Early Registration: Guest – $100.00
Includes transportation and meals only
Early Registration: Non-Member – $350.00
This registration level is for non-members attending the full conference.
Early Registration: Student – $200.00
This registration level is for all students - undergraduate and graduate. You must be current in your dues.
Late Registration: Faculty/Instructor – $350.00

Lodging
Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces

Nightly rate is $129.00 plus $20.00 amenity fee and taxed per night (single/double occupancy).
The room block rate ends August 19, 2022 so make your reservation sooner rather than later.

Ground Transportation

Additional travel can be arranged by Uber in Las Cruces but may be more expensive. We will arrange for most travel related to conference activities.

If you must cancel your conference registration, please do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are accepted. Full reimbursement of conference registration fees will be provided up to 21 days prior to the first day of the conference, which is Aug. 29, 2022. Family emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the AAAE Executive Committee. Requests for reimbursement must be made to Dr. Shannon Arnold, AAAE Treasurer.
