Guests are welcome to attend the AAAE Conference with an AAAE Member. This registration is reserved for faculty and student AAAE member guests only.
Note: When you log into the website and select "guest registration" it will automatically generate your (the AAAE member’s name). Please delete your name and add your guest’s name for our records.

12:30 p.m. Glacier Tour with lunch provided

7:30 p.m. Return to Hotel
Pre-Conference participants: Due to the company regulations, all individuals must be listed on a manifest. It is strongly encouraged for you to ride the buses because of the tunnel schedule and multiple stops.
